In Veneto you will be spoiled for choice between bike routes ring, linear, short, long, easy or difficult. One of the most popular routes; famous & egrave; the beautiful cycle path of the Dolomites, built on the path of the former railway. This is an itinerary of about 60km in the heart of the Dolomites, Unesco Heritage of Humanity, almost all on the cycle/pedestrian track which climbs steadily and lightly over the first 45 km then go down in the last 15 km. This is why many of them travel the other way, doing only 15 km uphill and 45 km downhill. Lombardy by bike

Piedmont by bike

In the Langhe , in Piedmont , the Grande Traversata delle Langhe is a beautiful path to follow by bike, on foot or on horseback, which runs along the ancient Via del Sale and the Feudatari, joining Saliceto to Santo Stefano Belbo. It is a journey of over 100 km divided into 18 stages that touches villages, woods, ridges and castles of the Alta Langa in a landscape dominated by hills.

Liguria by bike

Near the Ligurian sea, there is a cycle-pedestrian ring route called Maremonti which can be taken from Levanto or from Fremura. Made on the old railway track, the route also touches Bonassola and Framura for a total of about 6 km . Without gradients, it is not very demanding, therefore suitable for everyone and very suggestive for the views that you can enjoy between one gallery and another.

Tuscany by bike

In Tuscany , a perfect area to be visited by bike is that of the Crete Senesi . The last stage of the route is 60 km long and goes from San Quirico d'Orcia to Siena , following the old Cassia and then the panoramic via "cross of the mountains". Umbria by bike

In Umbria, around the Trasimeno Lake, along its picturesque coastline, there is a ring route that will allow you to get to know its territory from different points of view, crossing the villages and the surrounding countryside. It is a 71 km long path that for long stretches follows the cycle path and in part a promiscuous path. Starting from Castiglione del Lago, it can be traveled without too much effort, perhaps breaking the path with stops in the villages and in the vantage points.

Campania by bike

The Via Silente is a path that crosses a protected area, that of the National Park of Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni.
