Great location - easy access to Arezzo, Cortona etc - good onsite restaurant using locally sourced produce, very clean well laid out spacious apartments, good size clean pool, lovely rural location and very approachable and generous hosts.

Not a negative for us but a hire car is a must.

Definitely book into the restaurant. Everything was delicious and it's all such good value.

“Très belle demeure et environnement reposant.”

La demeure est très jolie, l'appartement est bien aménagé et très propre. La piscine est un atout. Idéal pour les familles. Tout est bien expliqué sur le site et fidèle à la description. L'accueil de Marina. L'entretien du site.

Beaucoup de guêpes au mois d'août ...

Nous avons profité de l'agritourisme, fait un cours de cuisine et pu manger sur place la cuisine de Davide. Les emplacements pour la piscine sont attribués par appartement pour éviter toute déconvenue de place. Il faut savoir que cet agritourisme est excentré et qu'il faut impérativement une voiture pour pouvoir faire quelque chose ou pour visiter. la grande ville la plus proche est Arezzo qui mérite d'être visitée.

Küchenschränke waren in Ordnung. Ruhige Lage.

Eine sehr schlechte Zufahrt. Eine Zumutung für jedes Auto. Anfahrt von der Hauptstraße ca.15 Minuten, wenn am Auto keine Schäden entstehen sollen! Schwimmbad erst ab 9:00 zugänglich, also kein Frühsport. Vom Frühstück und Abendessen ganz zu schweigen. Der Fernseher wurde am 2ten Tag eingestellt. Gefreut haben wir uns über ein deutschsprachiges Programm. Im Holzteil vom Bett knabbert der Holzwurm, das Bettgestell wurde am 2ten Tag entfernt. Bei Gewitterregen lief das Wasser unter der Haustür in die Wohnung. Empfehlung der Eigentümer, legen sie bei dem nächsten Regen die mit gebrachten Handtücher davor. Die vielgepriesene Aussicht bestand aus einer breite von ca. 25 Meter, alle anderen Seiten sind zugewachsen mit Sträuchern oder hohe Bäume.

“A beautiful spot. Great for small children.”

Lovely family restaurant onsite. Well kept pool and gardens. Lovely apartment which was well equipped. Really friendly site. Great position to visit local attractions.

Need to do something about the mosquitoes - at least provide nets in rooms. And there were a lot of wasps. There must have been a nest nearby.

Really not far by car to visit Arezzo - a beautiful city with great ice cream shops, cafes etc. plus jousting in August!

Quite remote and the road to the location not in best condition (4x4 is better option). So think twice before decide to pop out to buy milk or bread. Not much to do for the children except for the swimming pool, which is great. Otherwise no TV channels for children and the internet is not strong enough to use YouTube or Netflix.

Good for a relaxed vacation for staying in without going out too much. Self catering is the best option.

“Excellent find!”

This agriturismo was a real find. It is remote enough to be peaceful and 'away from it all' but close enough to travel into rural Tuscany and also get onto the autostrada for the airport, main city attractions etc. The pool is excellent and the apartment I used was first class. I ate on site two evenings - excellent and v good value. I enjoyed that the owners were very helpful but also left you alone! I would be worried to chose another location in case it did not match the standards of this venue.

I was anxious reading about the access road; it is an unsurfaced country road. I was in a small hired car and it coped. Don't be put off!

I drove and visited a great deal. If you do not want to do that and just crash, I would simply recommend Arezzo - more compact and beautiful than I remembered and lots of places to eat and drink!

Tranquilidad, comodidad de las instalaciones y atención de los propietarios.

Dificultad para encontrar el sitio la primera vez (no hay indicaciones en las carreteras. Algo alejado de los puntos de interés de la Toscana.

Si lo que se busca es tranquilidad, servicios (piscina, restaurante (cenas), conexión a internet,...), correctas instalaciones y un trato muy agradable, este agroturismo cumplirá tus expectativas. Como únicos aspectos negativos es la dificultad para encontrarlo la primera vez por falta de indicación en las carreteras. Quizás se encuentra algo alejado de los puntos importantes a visitar en la Toscana, pues la única población cercana es Arezzo a una media hora en coche, las demás poblaciones no bajan de 1 hora en coche.

“Gorgeous View and Excellent Hosts!”

The apartment was clean and spacious. After touring around Tuscany during the day, we would come back and eat a traditional Tuscan dinner every night at their little outdoor restaurant for a reasonable price. The food was fresh, homemade, delicious and served in copious amounts! The view was gorgeous and we met some lovely travellers. Davide, Marina and Alessio were excellent hosts. We also loved their cats who would hang out around meal times, hoping to get a few scraps (which we gladly obliged them with!) :)

Because it is buried in the countryside, it is pretty much impossible to get anywhere from Pergine without a car and driving in Italy is crazy (at least to us polite Canadians)! Renting an automatic was also quite expensive.

We borrowed mountain bikes and had a wonderful afternoon in the nearest town of Laterina! It's also nice to just relax by the pool. The weather was hot and sunny the whole time we were there. We took day trips to Siena, Florence and Chianti. The only place easily accessible by train is Florence. Otherwise, better to take your car.

“Meilleure partie de notre séjour en Italie”

Le service est excellent. Les trois personnes en charge sont sympathiques et font des pieds et des mains pour nous donner un service exceptionnel. Nous avons pris l'option du cours de cuisine avec Daniele (très belle expérience). L'un de nous avait une intolérance à la protéine bovine et Daniele et Marina ont tout fait pour que cette personne puisse tout de même profiter amplement de son expérience. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit, mais nous resterons certainement plus longtemps la prochaine fois.

Un peu difficile à trouver, mais ça fait partie de l'aventure non?

Y demeurer plus longtemps qu'une seule nuit comme nous avons fait. C'est une option d'hébergement très agréable et pas plus dispendieuse qu'une auberge, un hôtel, ou un appartement style Airbnb.

Appartement tout confort et tout équipé, très propre et spacieux. Agritourisme plein de charme dans un coin très calme Cuisine maison exceptionnelle, agrémenté d'un Chianti délicieux qui nous a accompagné tout notre séjour. Hôtes très sympathiques, disponibles et souriants ! Savent rester discrets comme se montrer très avenants et bavards ! Nombreux équipements communs : piscine, coin transat privé, terrasse privée pour les appartements, laverie, barbecue...

Manque d'isolation acoustique (un enfant en très bas âge dans l'appartement à côté, bruit des panneaux solaires)

Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir pu séjourner dans l'agritourisme de Maria et Alecio. Il est situé au calme dans la campagne, pas loin d'Arezzo. La chambre était très propre, au calme, et disposait de tous les équipements attendus (four, frigo, plaques, ....). Les propriétaires et Alecio sont très sympathiques, toujours présents, au petit soin pour leurs visiteurs. Nous vous recommandons de dîner dans leur petit restaurant (terrasse avec super vue ou salle à manger typique) , les plats sont toscans, faits maisons, délicieux, et en quantité plus que généreuse (antipasti, primo, secondo, dessert). Il propose un très bon Chianti classico Riserva à un prix plus qu'abordable (très bonne pioche locale).

calme tranquilité à la Pentecôte 2016. : pas de voisin.

Les 3 km de chemin pour arriver au site sont défoncés par des ornières innombrables. très pénible et inconfortable. La connexion internet n'a jamais fonctionné. Mystère resté sans solution. Pourtant la connexion fut immédiate dans le très marrant et bon restau de Laternina. Mais ce n'est as pratique.

Accès avec un 4X4, et une bonne dose de patience. Ne pas avoir besoin du Wifi sur place ?

Could use a few basics in the kitchen (oil, vinegar...) and a few hooks to hang coats / purse / bags.

Explore Tuscany - everything is accessible from there! Eat the bisteca at Castellucci in Montevarchi.

Staying at Pergine Valdarno gave us the opportunity to experience real Tuscany. Staying in a local home setting was priceless.

We had difficulty finding our way there, we had never been in that area before. The owner came to us and lead us to the property. Once we were there it really was easy to find our way again.

We had several meals at De Vino Osterina in Laterina. Great food, good prices.

My son and I spent 2 wonderful weeks at Pergine Valdarno 3700. Our apartment was lovely, well appointed and comfortable. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We had a great time!

As in many parts of Tuscany, the location was a bit difficult to find as it is rural, but that is also part of its charm!

Owners were very nice and friendly. Davide cooked for us every evening,it was excellent! The accomodation was nice and clean. The swimming pool was very pleasant. The accomodation is a bit lost, but the explanation of road to follow is well done.

It would be better with air cond. Moskitos around the swimming pool are agressive.

Do not miss to eat at "Davide restaurant", the food is very good, the owners so awesome and the view is very nice.

A bit cold during the night (April). We had to use the heating and gas was expensive. Isolated farm, the road is narrow and step.

Couldn't use pool before 9am, or after 9pm (but the owners were quite relaxed about that) Rough approach road, but all part of the experience.

Our two children (3 and 6) loved Poppi Animal Park (about 45 minutes away) Siena is a lovely town, but research where you want to park your car beforehand. We parked at the station and, although it was cheap, it took ages to get to the nice part! Perugia is another very nice place to visit, and a lot quieter than Siena and Florence.

L'accès au domaine par une route très endommagée. Nombreux appartements et donc beaucoup de monde mais c'est prévisible dans l'annonce. La mitoyenneté avec l'appart d'a côté (une porte simple fermée à clés nous séparait de leur cuisine et salon dans la marrone). Une seule machine à laver le linge pour toute la propriété. Frais exorbitants du ménage final (72 euros pour 60 mètre carré). Infos sur les produits cultivés inconnues. Salle de bain pas fonctionnelle et petite.

La région est magnifique. Endroit beau et propre mais le concept de l'agritourismo ne nous a pas semblé être au rendez vous a cette adresse. Dommage!!

Après cette plainte sur la porte séparant les appartements, nous avons pris des mesures pour créer un espace de séparation entre les unités. Le nettoyage final, que tous les frais sont clairement affichés sur le site Web et inscrites dans l'offre qui est faite au client. La disposition de l'appartement est publié sur le site et la taille de la salle de bain est déductible des meubles et des appareils sanitaires. Nous regrettons que toutes ces difficultés n'ont pas été divulgués pendant le séjour, car nous avons trouvé une solution pour rendre le séjour plus agréable. Même tous les coûts, y compris les frais de nettoyage, ils sont clairement indiqués sur le site et sont également répertoriés dans l'offre qui est faite au client avant la réservation. Nous regrettons que toutes ces difficultés n'ont pas été divulgués pendant le séjour, car nous avons trouvé une solution pour rendre votre séjour plus agréable.

Comment by the Owner Il est difficile de répondre à un client, qui en une seule journée de permanence, peut dévaloriser un ouvrage construit au fil du temps. Le client a loué un appartement pour 4 personnes pour le prix d'un appartement pour 2 personnes, pour seulement un jour dans le mois d'Août. Comme parle d'une réduction de prix, il aurait voulu séjourner gratuitement. En ce qui concerne le rapport qualité / prix, les appartements sont neufs et entièrement équipés avec tout. Malheureusement, dans la campagne il ya des insectes et les moustiques, mais toutes les fenêtres et les portes sont criblées avec des moustiquaires. La ferme est située au sommet d'une colline et offre une belle vue panoramique. Évidemment pas tous les appartements peuvent regarder sur le même point de vue.

“Fabulous and relaxing family vacation in Tuscany, close to key attractions”

- road to Pergine Valdarno 3700 but this is out of the owner's control -large number of wasps hanging round the pool

We have just come back from a really great stay at this place, a converted farmhouse in the heart of Tuscany, with our 2 kids under 5 and our parents. What a great week! We had the apartment Viola, a brand new three bedroom, three bathroom two floor apartment with a shady terrace - gloriously cool despite the 30 degree plus weather. The apartment and the property, including the pool, were absolutely spotless, and the apartment had all new fixtures. The location of the farmhouse, which requires travelling on a dirt road, allowed for absolute tranquility, and yet our children never felt uncomfortable splashing about in the huge pool. Often there were other kids to play with. We spent every morning by the pool and every afternoon on the road visiting Siena, Florence, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Radda in Chianti and Montevarchi (including the Prada outle). All was within an hour or an hour and a half drive. Another benefit of not staying right in a popular town is that we were forced to get in the car to find a restaurant, and what gems they were as opposed to some of the more touristy places we ate at in the various towns. There is also a grocery store nearby for supplies. Last but not least, we can't say enough about our hosts, Marina and Alessio, who made us feel welcome and had many useful tips for us. They are incredibly hard workers - we saw them spend an entire day cleaning one of the apartments after some of the guests left. They also came rushing with a first aid kid when our younges son took a tumble requiring stitches. All in all, a delightful location that I will be recommending to all who are looking to get away from it all in Tuscany.

Comment by the Owner In the week of stay of these guests, temperatures rose to 42 degrees and it was really hot, as it can happen in Italy in August. The apartment does not have air conditioning, as specified before the booking, but it has fans in every bedroom. To overcome the problem of the heat, the suggestion is always to keep windows closed during the day and open them at night when it's cool. Customers do not always follow this simple indication. The trees that seem to block the view, are oaks trees, of more than hundred years.

“Wonderful location, great facilities and friendly owners!”

The agriturismo is perched on a hill with a lovely view of the Tuscan countryside, just a few minutes walk from the Arno. It is also conveniently located to visit Florence, Siena and the Tuscan hill towns. The apartment was like new, plus well-equipped and absolutely spotless. The kids enjoyed the pool immensely. We appreciated Marina and Alessio's hospitality!

“An unforgettable holiday”

We had a great time there. Our apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and in good condition. It offered the unique view of the landscape, swimming pool and playground. Children enjoyed our staying, as the location is superb. They offered us a cot and highchair. Mrs. Marina was available at all times. In short, we recommend it to all who want a peaceful vacation in paradise with friendly staff.

The only MINUS: the road is in poor condition, so drive slowly and careful when you turn from the main road towards Pergine Valdarno.

“Romantic Honeymoon”

This was an amazing place to stay for our first time in Italy! The views from the villa & driving to it were amazing. From the pasture of sheep, endless flowers & hilly mountains, this place was all around perfect.

The drive to the villa was a little bumpy, but definitely tolerable because of the amazing prize of staying on this farmhouse.

My husband & I were traveling on our honeymoon & could give countless stories of our perfect stay. The people in the surrounding towns gave nothing but smiles & were always willing to help you for whatever you need! The little grocery story in town even stayed open for us right on closing time so we could pick up a few groceries for our stay. We took day trips to Pisa, Rome, Florence, Arrezo, but Sienna was by far our favorite & only about 30-45 mins away. Our first dinner was @ Romitos Pizzeria, just over the bridge - it was delicious! We couldn't have picked a better place to stay.

Architecture and restoration is lovely. Very up to date.

Extremely remote. This is a place you go to escape and relax, not to explore the immediate area.

Load up on provisions at a bigger town (Mercato Centrale in Florence, for example). Restaurants are sparse here; groceries even tougher to find.

Comment by the Owner Supermarket, bank, pharmacy, food stores, grocery and gas station are in Laterina and Pergine Valdarno, 2,7 km from the farmhouse. Bigger supermarkets and all kind of shops in Montevarchi and Arezzo. Mercato Centrale in Florence is obviously to far as it is 60 km from the farm.

To be honest it was nice. We thought cheaper but turned out to be the same price as a 4 star hotel WITHOUT any of the luxuries i.e breakfast and someone who can speak english. All in all i would rather stay in a hotel next time close to the towns. road to house also extremely bad and difficult to find

Comment by the Owner Thank you for the nice things you wrote about us, in the first place. As far as the heating and cleaning fees are concerned, regarding the first i’d like to point out that they were clearly stated from the beginning and the guest could therefore be hardly surprised of their entity, especially because we charge only what they actually use; regarding the second, they were also indicated in all email. I would not therefore refer to these fees as “hidden”. The vast majority of all tuscan country roads is very much like ours, especially during the winter season. The english speaking person actually happened not the be there during those two days, but that did not mean that any of our guest’s requests was not taken into accout and eventually satisfied. The suggestions to get to our place were clear and normally make it easy for our guests to reach us.

The owners are wonderful people, helpfull in any way. The panaroma views are great. The appartment clean and comfortable. A baker comes every morning with à car full of italian bread and dolces. The nearby hilltowns are great. And off course Arezzo and Florence. We stayed 3 weeks and could have stayed for weeks more!

Only one thing, the small road to the farmhouse. But the owners are gonna repare this road coming year.

La ubicación de la casa es ideal para unas vacaciones de relax. Los dueños Marina y Alessio, no pudieron ser más amables con nosotros, así como Rudy el gatito gran amigo de mis hijos. La piscina era suficientemente grande para las dimensiones de los apartamentos. Disfrutamos de muchos ratos de estar solos en ella. La ubicación era ideal para todas las rutas que quisimos hacer. Una gran elección.

El acceso a la casa viene precedido por tres kilómetros de pista sin asfaltar. Como recompensa, la casa disfruta de una tranquilidad total. Falta microondas en la cocina.

“Villégiature très agréable avec très belle vue sur la campagne Toscane”

Logement très bien équipé, très propre et confortable. Piscine et espace autour bien aménagé Propriétaires ne parlant pas Français mais très acceuillant.

La fin du chemin d'accès très dégradé et pas évident en voiture.Doit normalement être réparé cet automne.

Point de départ idéal pour visiter la Toscane ou tout simplement buller un peu autour de la piscine.

Site un peu isole - 4 kms d un village via un chemin de Pierre -

Les locations ont démarre en 2011 après plusieurs années de travaux. La propriétaire, Marina est une architecte et tout est pense avec un très haut niveau d'exigence - qualité des matériaux, choix des équipements ... Chaque logement bénéficie d une table a l extérieur protège du soleil. Un très bon rapport qualité prix.

“Had a hard time leaving Tuscany. It took us one week to figure out that relaxing was a goal rather than trying to see it all.”

Marina and Allesio were wonderfully attentive hosts. Like in other reviews, I left feeling I had a new friend. The apartment was gorgeous and comfortable. We were able to see Sienna, Lucca, Florence and our favorite Montepulciano during our stay. Didn't find one bad restaurant.

The steep hill on the dirt road was a challenge, but I eventually became to think of it as a skill building lesson. How can I get up this hill in my 6 speed 9 passenger standard van without stalling ;) Yes, I did conquer it.

Marina and Alessio went out of their way - above and beyond the call of duty to help us find our way, picked us up at the train station and were just wonderful hosts. Exceeded our expectations.

I have nothing negative to say.

We took a day trip to Siena and it was only about an hour away and wonderful. Have a good GPS. The roads can get a bit confusing and we managed to get lost a few times. What can I say, the people in the village were so kind and helpful that on three separate occasions strangers had us follow them so we could find our way when we lost our GPS signal. They were amazingly friendly wherever we went! And ironically, there were people from our neighborhood staying at the agriturisimo at the same time! What a small world.

The apartments were freshly redone and clean while the building was traditional and welcoming. Great pool, views, kitchens, BBQ and relaxing space. Very quiet and peaceful.

Apartments are pretty close together. If there was a full house, it might not be so special.

Latrina was a cute little town with a great pizza shop overlooking the valley. Great place for a Thursday or Friday night dinner. Super fun shopping in town for supplies and wine. Alessio was great help in finding wineries and shops. Do not miss Olive oil tasting, honey tasting and exploring all the small towns in the area. Pepe the cat was a nice guest at our nightly BBQs/ Really an amazing place.

“Excellent - What a wonderful family holiday!”

The accommodation was incredibly spacious, extremely well appointed and immaculately clean. The owners have done a superb job in sensitively restoring the buildings. Our children are nine and ten years old and they thoroughly enjoyed the large pool. The owners are extremely courteous and friendly and we hope to return next year. Arezzo is a twenty minute drive and we made several visits to the city over the course of our stay. We were recommended local restaurants ten to fifteen minutes away and they were excellent in value for money and quality.

Get good directions to the ipercoop hypermarket - it's easy to get there but we got lost a few times in Arezzo as we didn't have very good maps - a good map of the local area is essential! We flew into Pisa and found it very easy to get to accommodation using the directions given. It was 40 degrees when we visited in August and we took siestas to get out of the early afternoon sun as the shops are closed between 1 and 4pm.

“Ideal para pasar tus vacaciones en la Toscana.”

Aún pareciendo que su ubicación dista de las zonas más turisticas de la Toscana, creo que hemos acertado en su elección ya que estábamos muy bien comunicados por carretera para acceder a todas las visitas programadas. El tiempo de desplazamiento no ha superado las dos horas de viaje.

Ninguno releavante a excepción de la inevitable convivencia con los insectos propios de zonas rurales. La casa dispone de mosquiteras en todas sus ventanas, pero aconsjamos el ir preparado con diversos productos para prevenir las posibles picadas.

Los propietarios nos entregan la vivienda con agua fresca en la nevera, café, azucar,sal aceite y vinagre suficiente para los primeros dias, ademas de papel higienico, pastillas para el lavavajillas y fregaplatos. Suficiente para los primeros dis, hasta que te situas. Hay un supermercado muy cerca, al lado de la gasolinera.
