In the last ten years, the property has undergone a complex conservative restoration plan, which has in fact maintained the typical characteristics of the old building, adapting them to the contemporary. The farmhouse was born from this project, a small sanctuary of relaxation, well-being and good living, where the tradition, culture and history of a territory know how to coexist with modern comfort needs.

Featuring six bedrooms and one apartment, the farmhouse offers an exclusive overnight stay with breakfast to a few selected guests, who will have private parking, a wellness centre, a gym and a wide range of typical products from local farms at their disposal. from wines to jams, from honeys to flours.

All around, the greenery and quiet of a private park with swimming pool, fruit trees, fragrant bushes and olive trees, and a relaxation corner with pond and reading gazebo, from which to enjoy all the placid serenity of the Brescian countryside. And for those who want to experience and get to know the countryside, a small path through the vineyards leads in a few minutes to the Chiese River Park, where the gray heron nests.

The farm consists of 18 hectares of land, most of which are contiguous, almost entirely  owned by the family for several generations, where we have created an olive grove for some years now, planting 500 young olive trees of the Leccino variety with Pendolino as pollinator, the olives are still harvested by hand and immediately taken to the mill to keep the qualities of the olive unaltered and to obtain an excellent extra virgin olive oil. Other lands are instead dedicated to the cultivation of corn for the production of Typical Flour of Lake Garda.

N.B.: in order to easily visit the surroundings of our property, we strongly recommend that you have a means of transport available, therefore a car, a motorbike or a bicycle.
