If you’re looking for a quiet getaway would highly recommend this place. The view from the roof terrace is amazing. Room was very clean and tidy and comfortable. Osso the dog was great company and took us for a walk around the farm. Thanks for a great stay.

Breakfast was delicious but a little expensive.

“Lovely farmhouse with friendly hosts”

The farmhouse was beautiful, with tastefully decorated rooms and healthy orchards. The views from the roof terrace were spectacular. The hosts were friendly and gave great advice on local areas to visit, and their dog was delightful! Breakfast was particularly special, with lots of delicious produce from the farm.

Très propre, endroit calme et paisible Très bonne literie et climatisation , petit déjeuner satisfaisant. Moustiquaires à chaque fenêtre. Chambre très spacieuse et joliment décorée. Grand parking, télécommande pour porte d'entrée.

Pas facile à trouver, l'entrée se situe sur une voie rapide (mais le logement est retiré de la route) Pas de possibilité de restauration en soirée , ni même un snack, pas de wifi

Nice atmosphere, good location,rooms are convenient, terrasse excellent, with a beautiful view.

No English speaking personel. Breakfast was not included in the price, but there was an silent invitation to particpate in the breakfast served, without mentioning additional costs.

La maison est très belle et la terrasse offre une superbe vue. Les chambres sont bien aménagées, fraîches et confortables. Le petit déjeuner servi dehors très agréable le matin au printemps, avec l'odeur des citronniers. Les hamacs super pour une sieste au calme.

Attention au parquet qui fait du bruit de la chambre supérieure si on se trouve en dessous avec des voisins bruyants

Beautiful views, quiet setting surrounded by fruit trees even though relatively near a busy road.

For me the bed was a little hard, but that is a matter of opinion of course.

Go for a walk through the fruit tree groves. Have a glass of wine on the terrace as the sun goes down - but don't forget the anti-mosquito spray!

The farmhouse has great character and there are lovely views from the roof. Breakfast under the mature trees in the courtyard was a real pleasure, with plenty of local produce and attentive but discreet service from Giovanni. A really exceptional place which was everybody's favourite from our holiday.

For self-catering we could have done with more equipment, such as a drying cloth.

Franca recommended Al Antico Pozzo for a meal on our first night, and it was perfect - family run with a great atmosphere and excellent traditional cooking.

“A lovely place to stay if you prefer to be in the country. It is within easy reach of Syracuse and the motorway.”

The breakfast was wonderful and it was lovely living among the orange trees. The owner was so helpful and friendly.

The one problem was with the description of our apartment. We were a party of four adults - two couples. I think the quadruple apartment is really only suitable for a family. There is not much privacy. We knew there was only one bathroom, but the two bedrooms are sort of open plan. However we managed very well and enjoyed ourselves. It was very good value.

If you want a good restaurant in Floridia (the nearest town) ask the owner. We had a memorable dinner there. It is called Sesto Senso. Also, if you are interested, don't miss the War Graves Cemetry on the way in or out of Syracuse.

The owners were charming.

The breakfasts were not generous.

Car travel to Syracusa was easy and there is a large "Carrefour" supermarket quite close. Do not depend on GPS to find the street number of Siracusa 2371!
