In the wonderful scenery of green and gentle hills, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and beech woods, there is a welcoming and familiar corner where you can admire the harmonious combination of the typical Tuscan countryside and the fascinating and evocative medieval village of San Miniato al Tedesco, historical destination of illustrious personalities such as Federico Barbarossa, Napoleone Bonaparte and Giosuè Carducci.

In a panoramic position, this recently restored holiday home is part of a farmhouse dating back to the early nineteenth century. The house is divided into two apartments, 1 apartment is located on the ground floor and 1 apartment is on the first floor.

The 2 apartments are furnished in a rustic but elegant style and each include a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms. The ground floor apartment has 2 bathrooms while the first floor apartment has only one bathroom.

The house can accommodate up to 12 people. Here you can spend a pleasant holiday relaxing in the flower garden, having a snack in the shady pine forest or taking a dip in the suggestive swimming pool where the blue of the water mixes with the colors of the surrounding countryside.

Lovers of trekking or mountain biking can take pleasant walks among the numerous paths that wind through unspoiled nature.

For lovers of culture and art, San Miniato 1690 is the ideal starting point for visiting the main cities of Tuscany: Florence and Pisa are just 30 km away; San Gimignano, Lucca and Volterrra, 40 Km, Siena and Versilia 50 Km approx.

“ Wonderful location in the countryside. Nice and clean swimming pool with plenty of deck chairs. Enough space for two families to sit and eat together outside in the pergola. San Miniato can be easily reached by car in a few minutes, with access to restaurants, gelaterias and grocery stores. Great place to discover northern Tuscany - we went on day trips to Pisa, Florence and the beaches around Livorno. Our hosts Sabrina and Loretta could give all sorts of tips on local excursions and restaurants to visit. They were really helpful!”
