In a dominant position, overlooking the Chiani valley, surrounded by unspoilt nature, the farmhouse offers stunning views of the Umbrian landscape. Colors and scents that change from season to season and thrilling experience and suggestions are always different.

The nineteenth-century houses have been restored using original materials respecting the construction techniques of the area.

The beautiful swimming pool, situated on a natural terrace, is set in a large park cared for with love and surrounded by acres of woods and olive groves.

The four spacious apartments are elegantly furnished and offer all the comforts of a stately while maintaining the characteristics and the warm atmosphere of a country house. All feature a living area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchenette and private patio.

The small restaurant, reserved for guests, serves traditional Umbrian dishes and Mediterranean cuisine. The homemade pasta, grilled meats, and the products of the precious olive oil all strictly organic. Having dinner on the terrace by the pool with wonderful views of the valley, surrounded by a magical atmosphere, leaves an indelible memory in all our guest.

Easily accessible, just 9 km from the exit of Fabro on the A1, the farmhouse is an ideal starting point for exploring medieval villages and cities of Umbria and southern Tuscany.

“Fijn appartement met een prettige sfeer. Wij verbleven in Flauto Magico. Ruim terras direct aangrenzend aan het appartement. Fantastisch uitzicht. Huis, terrein, tuin en zwembad allemaal goed onderhouden en uitnodigend om te gebruiken. De eigenaressen zijn gastvrij en stijlvol en kunnen heerlijk koken. Diner buiten met uitzicht over de Umbrische heuvels was ronduit feestelijk. Alle ramen en de deur voorzien van horren en een ventilator aan het plafond maakte dat we ondanks de hitte toch goed sliepen.”
