The property consists of eight independent apartments with gardens set in an ancient villa overlooking the beautiful Chianti countryside.

Staying in our property allows you to always be in contact with nature and it is the ideal place to spend relaxing holidays, while the central and strategic position of the structure allows you to easily reach, (from 20 to 50 minutes by car or train), all the wonderful cities of Tuscany: Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano and admire their priceless art treasures.

The welcome given to our guests distinguishes us for cordiality and professionalism, moreover Alba is available for all the information necessary to make guests spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday.

With its small playground the property is also ideal for a vacation with children who can play with table tennis, swings and much more.

The villa also presents itself as an ideal setting for the organization of a wedding or other special events.

The pool (m.14x7), open from March to October, is equipped with deckchairs, tables and umbrellas and from it you can enjoy a beautiful view on one side up to the towers of San Gimignano and on the other on the Chianti vineyards.

The property and the surrounding land are adequately fenced, while inside the guests have the complete availability of a free parking.

Finally, it is appropriate to add that at about 100 meters there is a picturesque lake for sport fishing and a riding school where you can learn to ride and book horse rides.
