The property is an old typical Neapolitan farmhouse located in a strategic position to be able to easily visit the Sorrento and Amalfi peninsula.

Our house is surrounded by a large garden of 20,000 square meters, cultivated with vines, olives, walnuts, citrus fruits and many other plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub. 

You can enjoy our garden stopping at the various panoramic points or go to the beach, the closest is 3 km, or visit the archeological sites, go for a trekking or many other things that our territory offers.

A comfortable kitchen is at your disposal in the garden and it will also be possible to have cooking lessons of fresh pasta or Neapolitan cuisine.

The large spaces and an accurate sanitizing cleaning guarantee the right precautions for a peaceful stay.

There is also a large parking area.

We are 30km from Naples, behind Vesuvius, 15 minutes drive from Pompeii to 30 minutes from the Sentiero Degli Dei, the islands of Capri and Ischia are easily reached.

N.B.In the property there are 2 dogs and in case of late check-in after 10pm, a supplement of 40 euros will be required

“My husband and I spent 2 weeks in early May at this property. Even with many days of rain, it was lovely. The lodging is very comfortable and has a kitchen for simple meals. We rented the top apartment which has a lovely deck with an absolutely amazing view of the Bay of Naples, Gragnano, Castellamarre di Stabia, and mountains to the east. When it isn’t pouring rain you see Ischia in the Bay of Naples. If you climb the hill to the west, you have a wonderful view of Mount Vesuvius. The flowers, plants, orange and lemon trees, grape vines and olive trees surround the property, so you can enjoy a few days just looking from the deck and wandering around the property. When the weather is nice there is an outside kitchen and a large patio just to enjoy the out of doors. Besides the many places you have access to by car and train, there are also the interesting towns of Gragnano and Castellamarre not more than 20 minutes away. A must see is the Villa San Marco, that was destroyed by the Mount Vesuvius eruption and has now been excavated. From Castellamarre you can take the Circumvesuvio train to any location between Garibaldi Statione in Naples and Sorrento – and for only 3 euro/trip. Our only caveat is that driving can be difficult if you are not accustomed to very narrow hilly and curvy roads with cars and trucks they were never built for. Many people ride motorcycles that add to driving difficulties. If you like the countryside, you can’t make a mistake with this property. ”

“Cristina est une hôte très accueillante et très arrangeante , qui nous a donné plein d’idées et de conseils pour visiter la région. La maison est entourée d’un jardin plein d’orangers et citronniers , la vue est incroyable depuis la terrasse. La chambre est spacieuse et joliment décorée. Tous les matins, nous pouvions nous faire des oranges pressées avec celles du jardin, pour le petit-déjeuner. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Pompéi et la côte Amalfitaine. Ce serait un plaisir de revenir !”
