Very comfortable, homely accommodation - perfect for a relaxing holiday.

It is important to have a car in order to get to shops and do some sight-seeing. Lovely walks, but for practical reasons a car is also necessary. No bus links.

Appartement spacieux, au calme, accès au potager très agréable, hôtes intéressants et accueillants. La piscine n'est pas grande mais suffisante et indispensable pour se rafraîchir. Les villages alentours, notamment Radiconli, sont magnifiques.

Un peu éloigné des centres d'intérêt, prévoir du temps de trajet.

Agriturismo authentique et un peu rustique, environnement dépaysant et très apaisant.

Loin des villes trépidantes au rythme du commerce pour touristes ! Authentiquement accueillant.

"Décrivez rapidement les éléments ... mauvaise impression" : Réponse "? nous cherchons encore et cela peut durer !" : Voilà, c'est fait !

Certes, le chemin d'accès d'1,6 km est "non revêtu" d'asphalte, mais il est TRES praticable. Peut-être serait-il bon d'installer une petite pancarte pour le trouver la première fois ... Pour le reste, laissez-vous vivre et lâchez prise dans ce merveilleux paysage qui a du influencer le caractère des hôtes, à moins que ... cela ne soit l'inverse. ;-)

Prijetno domovanje v osrčju Toskane. Lahko si vsak dan ogledate kakšno mestece ali pa uživate v naravi. Lastnik je zelo prijazen in usrežljiv. Otroci se lahko prosto podijo okoli hiše in uživajo v naravi.

Nikoli ne bom pozabila zelenjavnega vrta, ki nam je bil na razpolago in lastnikovih ocvrtih bučkinih cvetov. Otroci so se igrali z neizmerno prijaznim kužkom Pelujem in uživali v naravi. Ko smo šli na izlet v kakšno mesto, so se pritoževali, ker so hoteli ostati na domačiji, se kopati v bazenu in uživati v naravi. Absolutno kraj, kamor se vračaš!!!

Мне очень понравилось в этом доме: красивый, чистый, уютный. В первую очередь хочу сказать спасибо гостеприимному хозяину Андреа и его друзьям Симонеле и Андреа за теплую атмосферу и невероятно вкусные ужины. От всей души рекомендую этот дом. Надеюсь вернуться туда летом со своим сыном.

В окрестностях невероятной красоты пейзажи. Мне очень нравилось гулять там. Кроме того, дом очень удачно расположен относительно различных исторических и туристических объектов. Каждый день я посещала разные места. Я была в небольших старинных городках Монтериджони, Чертальдо, Сан Джиминьяно, Вольтерра. Ездила на дегустацию тосканского вина в замок Кастелло ди Оливето. Была в средневековом Аббатстве Сан Гальгано. Купалась в термальных источниках Раполано Терме. Была на берегу моря в Кастильоне. Дорога всегда занимала около получаса езды. Советую посетить эти места. Они того стоят!

Trés calme pour jouir d'un repos total. Toute les facilités pour vivre confortablement.

Acces un peu difficile. Manque une signalisation sur la route principale.

Un bon GPS. Et toutes les visites des cites historiques à quelques kilomètres . Siena, Firenze, San Gimignano et d'autres endroits jolis à découvrir tel que Radicondoli avec ses petites ruelles piétones ses deux églises, son sympathique café.

The apartment is spacious, gloriously cool, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Lovely welcome with wine & refreshments from Andrea and his wife. Lovely to have the whole apartment and grounds. Owner very helpful when needed and went out of his way to blow up paddling pool for our grandson. Lots of toys outside to play with and gentle pets too stroke! The view, setting and peace are outstanding. The 'road' was made too much of I felt. Driving slowly it was fine with an ordinary car. it is the price paid for the utter seclusion and peace.

None.

Do go to Mesano to the excellent restaurant with good food and friendly service, and eat outside. Really good cafes in Radicondoli, more than expected and adequate local shops for everyday needs. Book the whole apartment if possible!

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The kitchen large with all the cookware one will ever need. The surroundings are beautyful and pastoral. Fresh vegetables and fruits and even olive oil maid by the owner. The small pool for kids is a welcome addition .

It is a ground flour appartement in rural area - so expect to meet different kinds of bugs, flies and even spiders. The location is great for relaxed holyday but not if you like to travel a lot - the property is far from any highway and driving the local roads is very slow.

Quiet, beautiful place for relax. Very pleasant owner. Beautiful and friendly dog, everybody loves it. AV reciever with big speakers in living room :)

The unpaved road is approx. 3 km long and you need to take care about the car and drive very slowly.

Ask owners to serve you a traditional dinner with red wine, it was one of the best experiences we had in Italy this summer.

Relaxing environment and lovely garden with priceless view over the surrounding hills. There's only 1 tourist accomodation so perfect for guest who like some privacy. Andrea is a great host. Though he seemed like a very 'present' host judging by the other reviews, we only saw him if we needed something. Andrea's pets are the best. Pelù stole our heart from the first minute, asking for attention all the time but never bothering. The house is great for bigger groups of friends. We were alone but the accomodation is perfect for larger groups as it has a huge kitchen and large table.

The kitchen wasn't too clean and towels were rather old. Some cupboards are packed with stuff that hasn't been used for ages and the 'decoration' is oldfashioned. But you get great quality for your money. Don't come here if you are used to 4*-hotels and loungey design, come here to relax and enjoy Tuscany at its best!

Great location, super startpoint for trips to Volterra, Chianti, Montepulciano, Sienna and even Pisa and Florence. Everything is a good cardrive away, but cruising in Toscany itself is a beautiful experience. Have a great, cheap diner at Trattoria Internazionale or enjoy the view at the panoramic terrace of La Pergola in the small, charming city of Radicondoli. Stop at Colle di Val d'Elsa on the way back from Pisa or Volterra to have an appetizer at the Enoteca in the central street. Friendly service, good wine and the best Aperol!

its located in a good place, an hour away from the main places, the weather was great there and the kitchen has a variety of supply. the bigger appartment have big rooms and a big bed. the place is very "home" like and peacefull with nice cats outside.The dinner we took the first night was excellent! the smaller room we got the first night was terrible-the bed wasnt suitable to sleep in and the room was very small with tiny toilet and shower. the whole place isnt too clean and dusty. one night we had a spider and the other a scorpion in the tub.

when we came the owner told us we get the small room altough we orderd the bigger one, the next day we got the bigger room so it was ok.the smaller room we got the first night was terrible-the bed wasnt suitable to sleep in and the room was very small with tiny toilet and shower. the whole place isnt too clean and dusty. one night we had a spider and the other a scorpion in the tub. the breakfast wasnt so good and doesnt worth the money (coffee,bread with butter and jam and granola with yougort) its rough to get to the place by car and about 10 minutes driving on rocks and not a paved road.

its cheap and if you need a place to sleep in the middle of Tuscany and maybe to cook you own dinner/breakfast you can definetly go to this place cause it saves money. dont expect luxory or anything at all. we were dissapointment at first but we got used to the place and took advantage of the kitchen.

Comment by the Owner Dear Roni e Tal , We very much regret that your stay was not to your liking, but I would like to clarify a few things: 1) the first evening, we apologize for the mixup, the room is no smaller than and measures 4 x 4 mt are uguli to those of the other rooms. The bed is a queen size bed and the bathroom is not very small (3 x 1,70 m). 2) the farmhouse is in the countryside and it is likely that some small insects introduced into the house uninvited. We can naturally, because we adopt bologica farming and we do not use pesticides or chemical insecticides. 3)The breakfast we agreed is at italian and (on request) the-coffee-cappuccino-yogurt-cookies-cakes-bread-butter-jam etc Also I have repeatedly asked you if you wanted other drinks, but you've always said it was ok , so I do not understand why you complain now and not when you were here. 4) That the road is not tarred (2 km) is indicated on the site that when we send the voucher, then did you know. We apologize for the mixup of the first day, but we have never promised luxury, but relaxation and contact with nature and I think the complaints are not appropriate and you could make them directly to me during the stay.

The house is gorgeous and very rustic with the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen kitted out with everything you could possibly need. The owner of the house is very welcoming and makes you feel very much at home. The scenary around the house is incredible

Although all facilities are nearby, a car is definitely necessary.

I definitely recommend visiting a small town called Monteriggioni which is a cool little medieval village a short drive away from Radicondoli.

Andrea is a generous and down-to-earth host. We felt at home thanks to his fantastic cooking, interesting friends, sense of humour, and lovely surroundings. Amazing value. Apartment was very practical - well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, outside doors on each room, and internet access.

A great base for day trips - 30 min to Volterra, San Gimignano, 30 min to San Galgano, 40 to Siena, etc.

The coolest, the most positive and friendly owner EVER, good cook also! thanks Andrea! The house is rustic, simple but typical for Tuscany and very comfortable. Great big sitting room with chimney and PIANO (that we were allowed to use till late...). The garden naturally neglected but nicely inviting. Wonderful views and great strolls to do. And animals whom we loved with reciprocity...

I f you want a genuine experience in the heart of the beautiful green vallies and hils of Tuscany, you reached to right place. Andrea is very friendly and helpfull. We enjoyed his Tuscan traditional local cooking along a good conversation over a bottle of wine into late night. We loved walking from the the house in the green valley to the creek near by. Our daughters felt free and playe in the yard with Andreas dog Pello. We had a great time and hopefully will come again.

Had the whole main floor to ourselves, including kitchen/living area. Great kitchen facilities, very authentic, but enough modern ammenities. Was wonderful to have a clothes washer in the bathroom and plenty of places to hang up outside. Enjoyed having fresh herbs to use in our cooking.

Would have liked to have seen the outside a little more kept up, although we realized this is a farm and it was the beginning of the season.

Don't miss out on having Andrea cook for you!!! When we arrived, he was already cooking the red sauce for our canneloni and the place smelled amazing. He also made a type of pizza for 1st course and a variety of meats for the main course, which were grilled in the fireplace...outstanding! We wanted to meet other locals so he invited his neighbors which made for a nice evening. The local Chianti wine was the best either my husband or I ever had. Also, the cappucino in the morning made my husband's day!

Andrea, el propietario, estubo siempre muy amable. recuerdo los pepinos y calabacines que nos daba del huerto y las tortillas que nos hicimos.

Ninguno.

Al principio nos sorprendió que la casa estuviese a un par de minutos de una carretera asfaltada, pero después le encontramos su encanto, incluso una noche vimos 2 ciervos. Su ubicación es muy recomendable como punto de salida para excursiones a Siena, Florencia, Arezzo, Cortona, Pisa, etc. Como mucho entre 30 minutos - hora y media te plantas en cualquier sitio, y el trayecto al ser nuevo nunca se hace largo. Fuimos 2 matrimonios de Cerdanyola del Valles, 9 personas en total y los 6 días que pasamos aquí nos cundieron muchísimo.

Jeżeli chcecie poznać prawdziwą Toskanię oraz codzienne życie jej mieszkańców, to właśnie tu powinniście się zatrzymać!

Jest to typowe gospodarstwo agroturystyczne. Gospodarz sam wytwarza oliwe oraz ocet winny, a we wspołpracy z sąsiadem również smaczne wino. W ogrodzie ma również własne warzywa, których zapach i smak aż trudno opisać. W nocy słychać tylko małą sówke oraz wszechobecne świerszcze. Dodatkowy smaczek daje to, że jesteście jedynymi turystami w domu mieszkając na dole, a gospodarze mieszkają na górze czyli macie pół tradycyjnego Toskańskiego domu tylko dla siebie, a wasze dzieci bezgraniczną miłość domowych kotków i piesków ;-)))

This was a fun place to stay and great value! Andrea, the owner is friendly and has a wealth of stories if you get to know him. It is near a very 'untouristy' town, with a great local restaurant overlooking the countryside. We had dinner the first night with Andrea and some of his friends - a very enjoyable experience. We also made great use of the kitchen facilities for breakfasts and a couple of lunches. As we were travelling for a couple of weeks and had limited luggage space the washer and clothes line (really quick drying in June with great smelling clothes) were very useful.

We were surpirsed and the length and condition of the driveway. While it is actually a public road, the local authorities do not really maintain it. It is two kilometers long and very rough and dusty. But we got used to it as the week progressed.

If you are expecting luxury and pampering, this isn't the place for you. If you want a very well situated, (central in Tuscany, but you are still looking at about a one hour plus drive to most of the better known sites) fun place to stay, with very good value, this could be it.
