The property is situated among Pistoia hills, in Tuscany, in a magnificent position for visits of the most important towns and other interesting places in this region.
Our farm produces an excellent organic extra virgin olive oil. Also we produce fruit and vegetable for our guests. This old mill, whose construction goes back to the middle of the 18 th century, was bought several years ago with the intention to create a small agritourism respecting the original Tuscan style. Our idea was to bring the millstone in function again. The millstone was originally designed to grind chestnuts, wheat and other cereals typical for this highlands region.
There are 2 old reservoirs, once used to hold the water to drive the mill, today converted in pools.
In some periods of the year it is possible to show how flour was made in the old times using just the natural power of the water.
Eight beds are available in our mill and apart from accommodation we offer home made food for our lodging guest and passers – by. The dishes are made following the traditional Tuscan recipes and might seem "poor" but are very healthy and difficult to be find in most places.

In case of 'missed arrival' or 'Early Departure', cancellation policies starting from '0 days before arrival' will be applied
