Un propriétaire prévenant et présent tous les jours. Un wifi globalement performant. Une piscine hors sol de bonne taille, bien chaude au milieu d'une pelouse arborée. Vieux centre historique de Pérouse accessible en 25mns. 
Le nettoyage peut être amélioré. Le supermarché se situe à 8kms de là. Points assigned

“Dom przepięknie położony, piękna okolica, wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty, właściciel bardzo uprzejmy, pomocny, szybko reagował na wszystkie prośby. Na posesji dużo drzew, basen zadbany, dużo miejsca dla dzieci do zabawy.”
