  L'ampiezza degli appartamenti, i comfort, la pulizia, la disponibilità dei proprietari. La cucina è molto attrezzata, munita di lavastoviglie, le camere sono ampie con materassi molto comodi e lenzuola di ottima qualità. Spero di tornarci in estate per godere delle piscina e degli spazi all'aperto.

  La strada per accedere all' agriturismo non è asfaltata, seppur in buone condizioni.

  Accueil souriant, le fils du propriétaire est à l'ecoute. L'appartement est spacieux. L'endroit est calme. La piscine et ses abords sont bien entretenus.

  Du sel et du poivre dans la cuisine seraient un petit plus. Les serviettes pour la salle de bains devraient être changées à mi-sejour mais ce sont des détails car l'endroit est magnifique

  Propriété très agréable pour la détente et le sport (terrain de foot, babyfoot, table de ping pong, bibliothèque). Un appartement très propre, fonctionnel et avec du cachet : belle hauteur sous plafond, beau carrelage, spacieux avec ses deux chambres séparées...

  Disuation par le propriétaire d'utiliser le chauffage (au gaz donc "trop cher" d'après lui) ; heureusement qu'il n'a pas fait trop froid ! Lave-vaisselle hors service : grosse, grosse déception !! (appartement n°4 ; 1er étage pour 4 personnes)

  Eviter la saison hivernale pour y séjourner.

  Merci pour votre commentaire. Je me suis peut-etre mal exprimé concernant le chauffage, pourtant je souhaitais tout simplement vous donner mon avis. Malheureusement ce genre de chauffage est assez cher, raison par laquelle je préfère que tous les locataires en soient bien informés à l’arrivée, pour éviter toute mauvaise surprise au moment du règlement. De plus, je suis désolé pour la lave vaisselle, qui a fonctionné très bien pendant l’entière saison, jusqu’au jour de votre arrivée! Le technicien qui en fait l’entretien nous a dit qu’il fallait l’apporter dans leur centre d’aide pour effectuer la réparation. Je comprends bien qu’un appareil électroménager en panne répresente un dysfonctionnement important pour les locataires, pourtant j’aimerais souligner que malgré toute notre bonne volonté, il n’est pas toujours possible de résoudre cette sorte de problèmes dans les plus brefs délais, encore désolé. En tout cas j’éspère qu’en dépit de cela, vous ayez bien profité de votre vacance en Toscane. Bien cordialement, Mario

  the place was clean Inside and out, quiet and confortable and beautiful . centre of Toscany, good location.

  In the kitchen there is nothing included not even the dish soap. No paper towel or tissu, no sugar or coffe. no oïl salt & peper, so you have to buy it all to the store, closest 15 minutes drive.

  Be prepared and get small quantity of th basics foods. Bring soap for the washing machine.

  Great location. Helpful owner knowledgeable about the area. Huge apartment. Great hot water.

  Kitchen didn't have even basic supplies, No heat so it was fairly cold. Internet worked but not well enough to skype. Owner forgot to tell us about bridge wash out that had happened the week before and was on the way to the place. Poor signage for finding the place.

  We remember our time there very fondly and wish we had stayed more than the week decided on. It was a great location (albeit impossible to find without a GPS) and very relaxing. Nice pool and nice accommodations

  Having access to a GPS was fery useful in this area and particularly when trying to find this place. The nearest restaurant (whose name escapes me at the moment) was amazing!
