Grande propriété, aménagée avec gout. Accueil agréable et sympathique. Nous avons apprécié l'effort d'Olympia à parler le français, merci. La chambre est spacieuse et agréable. Peut-être un peut sombre. Nous n'avons pas eu trop chaud la nuit, malgré la canicule, c'est un plus.

Nous pensons qu'avec une telle propriété, il y aurait plein de chose à faire en terme d'accueil, d'animation, de mises en contact des personnes accueillies. Mais ce n'est vraiment pas grand chose.

Olympia was very accommodating and tried to make us feel at home in her families 200 year old villa.

A little off the main road (10min)but worth it.

This is a family farm not a huge operation but they try to make you feel comfortable.

nous avons pris le petit déjeuner en plus. Il était délicieux avec des patisseries et du pain faits maison, mais notre chambre disposant d'une petite cuisine, nous aurions pu aussi l'économiser.

Décrivez rapidement les éléments ou services qui vous ont fait bonne impression : maison située sur une colline avec une vue magnifique depuis le jardin ou l'on a pris nos petits déjeuners ; délicieux gateaux préparés par Isabella la discrète et charmante propriétaire ; chambres spacieuses avec jolie décoration . Beaucoup de calme, et de chants d'oiseaux (merci aux 2 rossignols !)

Décrivez rapidement les éléments ou services qui vous ont fait mauvaise impression douche un peu étroite , appartement un peu sombre et frais s'il ne fait pas beau ( très agreable en été );

Donnez un conseil sur quelque chose que vous avez vu ou fait pendant vos vacances à 'Montepulciano 311'. Exemple: Ne manquez pas l'assortiment d'amuse-bouche cuisinés par grand-mère Rita, ou n'hésitez pas à vous faire indiquer par le propriétaires des promenades hors des sentiers battus pour une expérience cyclotouristique inoubliable. bonne situation pour aller à Sienne par des routes magnifiques ; nous sommes aussi allés à Assise et Perouze, superbes!!MONTEPULCIANO est une très jolie ville , à 1/4 d'heure de voiture .

“Olimpia and Lorenzo were wonderful. We enjoyed watching a real farm at work as we are farmers ourselves. We also loved seeing their children at play. We relaxed by the pool, ate great food at Olimpia's recommendation and enjoyed their wine! ”

If you showered the wrong time of day the hot water was a little short, but that was a minor thing.

The location is great if you want to see several walled cities and if you love the country.

Nice area to go for a quiet walk. Short drive to many smaller walled cities.

Did not see the owners much so we weren't as familiar with the farm and where we could walk, what was produced locally.

The town of Chiusi was wonderful. Not commercial but with a couple of very good small restaurants. Not to be overlooked from the larger towns that receive more publicity.

La tenuta e' in una posizione magnifica sia geograficamente che come vista. The agriturismo is in a magnificent position, close to beautiful little towns and with breathtaking views.

Quando ho prenotato ho chiesto espressamente se ci fosse internet e una piscina e la risposta e' stata si c'e; internet nelle parti comuni. Porti il computer o un cellulare. Peccato che la padrona si sia "dimenticata" di dire che le parti comuni erano a piu' di 10 minuti di macchina da dove stavamo noi. In pratica la tenuta e' composta da diverse fattorie, villa, stalle etc...e l'unica parte con piscina e internet e' nella villa padronale. I asked for internet and a swimming pool and the owner told me there would be a connection and a swimming pool in the communal area, failing to mention it was more than 10 min by car away from where I was staying. There are several houses in the land, but only the main villa has those amentities. Make sure you understand where you are staying.

Comment by the Owner Gualtiere – app- la Spiga . Dear Mrs, As I told you, in our emails, I suggest you the Spiga apartment because it was the ideal place to relax and stay for a couple, with no noise of children and privacy. And it’s the ideal place for people how want to visit the Tuscany cities . I tought that for three days was the right solution. relax and quite.. I am sorry that I didn't suggest you well. I didn't fall in mention anything, i try to be always very clear. Yes, we know that the swimming pool is not near, and in the email I told you that. During your stay my mother in law, several times asked you if she could bring you with her car ( 2 minutes inside road) or bring you back to the swimming pool. Why you didn't call me to say that there were problems, we could have find another solution for you. For the internet, also, I told you that there was no internet connection in the house Gualtiera, but at the Villa - Fattoria yes. As I told you and to other guest, this is the solution for guest how do not need a continuative use of internet. otherwise I suggest another apartment / room or to bring a internet kye. In Chianciano, in the old town there is a Bar with beautiful view that permit you to connect wifi.. Spiga have a lower prices because the swimming pool is not near and there is no internet connection.

Comment by the Owner Siamo una struttura immersa nella natura in un luogo incontaminato, dove diamo pochi pestici e diserbanti. Inoltre in campagna ci sono gli insetti specialmente d'estate. Benchè gli appartamenti abbiamo le zanzariere, gli insetti possono entrare dalla porta, lasciata spesso aperta dai clienti.

Comment by the Owner L'appartamento era descritto bene. Le Strutture sono diverse: Villa con Fattoria , dove abbiamo camere e due/ tre appartamenti. Lì dove risiediamo noi proprietari/collaboratori e siamo sempre a disposizione dei clienti. Inoltre ci sono le strutture la Gualtiera e il Mulino. Il Mulino è una struttura indipendente ed i clienti possono contattarci per problemi o richieste via telefono o venendo alla Villa/ reception. La Gualtiera è una struttura dove mia suocera risiede durante l'estate per brevi lunghi periodi e dove affitta due appartamenti indipendente mente dalla sua presenza .Qualora il cliente abbia delle richieste può farle a Lei , oppure a noi presso la Villa. Noi non ci siamo mai mossi dalla Villa. Alcuni clienti vogliono la presenza del proprietario sempre , altri vogliono essere lasciati in pace. vi prego di consigliarci nelle email le vostre preferenze e cercheremo di accontentarvi.
