The holiday home is located a short distance from Volterra and San Gimignano, the most famous art cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa and Siena are also easily reachable.
The Villa consists of a splendid living area, large and welcoming with sofas and satellite TV, in which there is a very large table capable of accommodating 8/10 people.
The kitchen equipped with all types of appliances also includes a dishwasher and microwave oven and directly overlooks the patio where you can use the barbecue and wood-burning oven.
The 4 bedrooms each have their own bathroom.
The beautiful staircase leads to the mezzanine which houses the fitness area.
