This estate is a corner of paradise in a fantastic location in the center of the Tuscan countryside. It is in fact located 10 km from the splendid towns of San Gimignano and Certaldo, about 15 km from Volterra and close to the main Tuscan cities of art, such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, Arezzo and Lucca.

Outside, a large panoramic swimming pool and a fishing lake, immersed in the green meadows and paths that lead to the colours, nature and history of the Valdera.

In the ancient manor house there are now two large rooms and a huge panoramic terrace.

The newly built Residence is located adjacent to the swimming pool. The residence has 10 beautiful apartments, 8 of which are terraced and 2 in an independent villa on 2 floors with a panoramic view of the Val d'Era hills. Each of them has a large sofa bed in the living room that can be used for children up to 12 years old. Furnished with care and in perfect Tuscan style, they are equipped with the greatest comforts and technologies and each have their own outdoor relaxation area, terrace or loggia. There is no restaurant service available within the estate, but for lunch and dinner, guests have a 10% discount in some nearby restaurants that offer typical Tuscan and Florentine cuisine. The first is just 800 meters away.

Possibility of walking in the greenery, you can go horseback riding in the nearby Montaione ranch, rent bicycles for excursions in the beautiful countryside around the estate, try your hand at a game of golf on the Castelfalfi courses (18-hole golf course 15 km away) or dedicate yourself to sport fishing (10 km).

This estate is a perfect location for the celebration of weddings but also for hosting small and large events, meetings and business dinners. The room hosts 250/300 people, with the possibility of having up to 105 beds available spread across the spacious rooms and comfortable apartments. In fact, the villa can be rented for the reception on the day of the ceremony but you can also choose to rent rooms and apartments, to continue your holiday in complete tranquility with relatives, friends or colleagues.
