    La propreté irréprochable de l’appartement ( je n’avais jamais loué un appartement aussi propre) La gentillesse et la disponibilité de notre hôte Flavia La cuisine de son mari Roberto : des assiettes très généreuses et savoureuses Le site très reposant, le calme et la nature La piscine très propre et son équipement ( chaises longues, parasols) L’huile produite sur le domaine est un vrai régal

    The owner Flavia was very service minded and a great host. We’d the most wonderful stay. Even though we were the only guests she cooked us a great breakfast. The apartment was super cozy and well cleaned. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

    Gîte avec de grandes pièces fraîches quand il fait chaud dehors. Belle piscine propre avec de beaux arbres, un bel environnement. Les propriétaires proposent un copieux petit déjeuner ou délicieux dîner, si on le souhaite. Charmants propriétaires, disponibles à tous moment et de bons conseils !

    N'hésitez pas à demander le petit-déjeuner ou le dîner, dehors si possible, avant la tombée de la nuit.

    La situation géographique de la location et les infrastructures (parc, piscine, terrasse). La très grande discrétion des propriétaires et l'accueil. Le confort du lit. Facilité de parking et de déchargement des bagages. Disponibilité des propriétaires qui aident en cas de problème. La piscine est un havre de paix et les propriétaires y veillent. La propreté des lieux. La possibilité d'acheter du vin et de l'huile d'olive. Bref, nous y retournerons et nous recommandons vivement cet endroit idéalement situé entre la Ombrie et la Toscane.

    Très peu. Je dois vraiment chercher...Eventuellement le four au gaz pas très pratique (cela fait peur)et difficile à allumer. La lumière dans la cuisine pourrait être un peu mieux. Mieux isoler la porte d'entrée (Daphné) afin de mieux empêcher les "petites" bêtes d'entrer.

    Une toilette à la piscine (pièce à déjeuner). Réparer la douche dans le Daphné. Attention, cuisinière au gaz ok, mais four au gaz pourrait représenter un danger... Faire aussi attention à la bordure près de la grille d'entrée car quand le véhicule est chargé, le bas du véhicule accroche. Mieux isoler la porte d'entrée en bas pour les "gros" insectes ;-)

    Très beau site, magnifique piscine entourée de collines plantées d'oliviers et de cyprès aiguilles. Endroit calme et reposant. Accueil chaleureux et familial. Proximité de Cortone, site culturel d'exception.

    Les lieux à visiter foisonnent dans la région : Cortone, le lac Trasimène, Montepulciano, Arezzo, Perugia, Volterra, ... A faire : visiter Sienne le jour du Palio (2 juillet et 16 août). Défilé des "contrade" dans leurs splendides costumes. A faire également : demander à goûter la délicieuse huile d'olive produite à Cortona 1122.

    Cottage was in great condition, very clean with all the amenities we needed. Owner was very helpful and gave us contact details incase we needed anything. Loved the swimming pool.

    No negatives, but perhaps provide some map/instructions to the nearest supermarket, bakery etc.
