The property is situated between wheat fields and oak woods, behind Anghiari, the beautiful medieval village overlooking the valley of the Tiber. The house has become a place of relaxation, elegant and comfortable, ideal for those who want to enjoy the silence and the charm of the green countryside of Umbria and Tuscany.

Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi, Urbino, Gubbio, Cortona with the Lake Trasimeno, Siena, Sansepolcro City of Castle ... and then walking, cycling or horse riding but also the pleasure of a day just by the swimming pool.

You cannot see the systems that make your stay comfortable: they were designed with a view to rational use of natural resources, energy saving, climate and environmental protection: walking in the park you could see the solar panels but also meet hares and roe deers.

Bedrooms are very spacious, furnished with every comfort. Suites are equipped with private bathrooms and jacuzzi.
