The farm is located in the countryside of Santa Maria la Palma, near Alghero and the most beautiful beaches of the Riviera del Corallo, and offers a stay in the quiet of nature.

Surrounded by 12 hectares of land, it is the ideal place for those who want to relax and appreciate the colors and scents of the Sardinian countryside.

This family-run farm produces wine grapes, oil and fruit.

The Italian breakfast is served both in an internal room and on the external veranda.

The courtyard of the farmhouse consists of a large and well-kept garden with numerous centuries-old olive trees and in the back of the farmhouse there is a swimming pool of 10 X 5 meters equipped with a large solarium area.

The farmhouse has a main building with 7 rooms and a second independent building with 4 other rooms.

The rooms vary in size, from 35 to 45 square meters, have ceilings with wooden beams, the internal entrance doors as well as the wardrobes have been made by local craftsmen in solid ash and inlaid by hand.

The farmhouse has been completely restored, using materials that have made it possible to obtain the A + energy class certificate, in full respect of the surrounding environment.

The structure has a photovoltaic system that powers the heating and hot water production system during the day.

Comfort is guaranteed by the building's A classification: cool summer and warm winter.

“La propriété est très très bien située pour profiter de l’ensemble des sites magnifiques de la région. Un peu a l’écart d’Alghero où l’on accède rapidement, l’endroit est calme et reposant. Idéal pour les vacances. Le gîte offre des prestations de grande qualité. Chambre spacieuse, climatisation et belle salle de bain. L’extérieur est aussi à la hauteur, jardin bien entretenu, piscine et spa . L’accueil de Gennaro et Anna vous décontracte tout de suite. Le petit déjeuner est un délice avec les gateaux maison ainsi que les confitures. Gennaro connait les bonnes adresses et aide aussi,aux réservations. Cela facilite grandement . Toutes les adresses, restaurants, plages et excursions étaient excellentes. En résumé un sejour magnique”
