The residence is an old restored mountain house in the small village of Flavon in Val di Non. Just behind it, apple cultivations as far as the eye can see. The property is located 27 km from Trento, 33 km Bolzano and 42 km from Merano.

The area is popular for skiing, cycling and hiking. You feel a home atmosphere, welcoming and every detail is taken care of to cradle guests at every moment of their vacation. In the common areas, finely restored, there are large spaces where you can relax even reading a book available from the shelves. Guests have the opportunity to rent bicycles along the cycle paths, including the Alta Val di Non cycle path, the Noce cycle path and the Adige cycle path.

Located on the ground floor, immediately adjacent to the reception is the breakfast room. You will certainly be woken up by the smell of freshly baked bread, cakes and biscuits that are prepared every morning. A richly prepared buffet will welcome you when you wake up, with a selection of typical sweet and savory products, jams, fruit, biscuits, bread and homemade desserts to make you feel pampered from the early morning, with the wish to fully enjoy your day.

The property is equipped with apartments and double/family rooms. It offers the possibility of using, by prior arrangement, the common kitchen, as well as a lovely outdoor garden with barbecue, bike storage and tool / repair corner for all those who choose a cycling holiday.

Suitable for hosting self-managed groups of up to 24 people, the house has several rooms, double, triple or quadruple,  all with internal bathroom and a multipurpose room with bathroom that can be adapted quickly and practically to all the needs of the group with kitchen, dining room, meeting room, video presentation, training class etc..
In the bar area on the ground floor you will always find something good to taste, homemade cakes and desserts, platters of typical cold cuts and cheeses, apple juice, hot drinks, herbal teas and aperitifs. A simple proposal but designed with the heart and made with local products.
