This Agriturismo is located on top of a hill, in the heart of the Alta Valdera Park. The Tuscan Apennines frame a territory with an oenological character. A few minutes from Volterra, 50 minutes away from Pisa and Florence, the estate covers an area of 60 hectares where it is possible to explore the woods and green valleys flooded with colorful wild flowers.

The estate was recently restored by Doctor Bruno, a veterinarian, who in 1966 had created an important stud farm for thoroughbred horses on these lands. The farmhouse is now a Country Resort and has been designed to guarantee maximum hospitality and maximum relaxation for all its guests. The apartments, in a classic Tuscan style, are rich in historical elements and are equipped with all the modern comforts necessary for an extremely relaxing experience.

In this farmhouse immersed in the nature of Tuscany, you will find a pleasant and extensive forest where you can take enchanting walks. You will be able to see deer and other animals in their natural habitat. Since the forest is rich in some varieties of truffles and mushrooms, the estate organizes trips for the collection of truffles that you can use to prepare delicious dinners in the kitchen of your apartment.

Visiting the inside and outside of the farmhouse is an experience that we highly recommend. Imagine walking, cycling or horse riding immersed in the typical Tuscan landscape. Following the wine route along the Pisan hills, discovering paths that wind through an area where winemaking and the cultivation of olive trees are the masters. Fill your eyes by observing the expanses of wheat, immersed in the scents of the Mediterranean scrub.

In the Agriturismo there are 2 ancient buildings, one called La Magione divided into 5 apartments and one called La Villa, an ideal place to welcome families or groups of friends.

The apartments of the Magione, independent and of various sizes, are equipped with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom and all have an external gazebo.

The Villa, spread over 2 floors, can comfortably accommodate 6 people, up to a maximum of 8 with the use of the sofa bed. It has an independent entrance and a private loggia, equipped with table and chairs, the perfect place to have lunch in the open air!
In the outdoor area, shared with the other guests, you can enjoy a large garden with swimming pool surrounded by 65 hectares of pastures and woods to be able to explore the fauna and flora that surrounds us.

The exclusive use of the Mansion combined with the Villa represents the ideal solution for families and groups of friends who like to spend a holiday together immersed in nature, enjoying a private and comfortable environment in which to relax and have fun in complete tranquility in the beautiful context of the barbecue area and gazebos located in the adjoining garden.

Among the strengths of this property, its outdoor swimming pool and the 65-hectare estate that surround it stand out, providing internal paths in which to make magnificent excursions on foot, by bicycle or on horseback.

We offer our Agriturismo guests all the possibilities to enjoy Tuscany by bike. As a certified Bikehotel, we provide secure storage services for bicycles, a repair shop, and breakfasts to resume the journey after a night of rest and relaxation. Those who want to take a bike ride in the relaxing Tuscan countryside, with or without a guide, can rent bikes for every need.
It is also possible to participate in guided tours to various tourist destinations, as well as food and wine tours to the surrounding wineries. You can therefore have fun with your bike in the Tuscan landscape by pedaling alone, with friends, or with the whole family. We can show you many routes, of different duration and commitment, to explore the beauties around us by walking.

For those who want to go horse riding, we offer lessons in the round pen for adults and children, as well as horse riding inside and outside the estate.

If you want to take an exciting and different ride, you can choose one of our proposals and tour the Tuscan countryside in a vintage car with stops to admire breathtaking views and delight the palate with tastings of wines and local products.

One of the funniest ways to get around the countryside around the estate is by vespa. Discover unexpected places and hidden beauties that can only be admired on two wheels.
