Location: in the heart of the protected area of Monteferrato in Tuscany, immersed in the green hills of Prato, about 30 km from Florence, is this Agriturismo, a settlement dating back to the 11th century.

Within this large estate in Tuscany, 350 hectares mainly wooded, the farm cultivates 5,000 olive trees, obtaining extra virgin olive oil. The oil, obtained by cold pressing according to methods that guarantee the maintenance of the organoleptic properties, has an acidity of less than 0.4%, an element that certifies its excellent quality.
The main activity of the farm is forestry: the cultivated woods are divided into sectors and every year the trees in a sector are cut, leaving the "guides" standing, that is to say a tree every 10 meters, which they will serve to guide regrowth; that same sector will be ready for a new cut after 15/18 years.
In addition to extra virgin olive oil, the farm also produces vegetables according to certified organic farming methods.
This farmhouse, nestled in the hills of Tuscany, offers hospitality in the sixteenth-century farmhouse, recently renovated and divided into five apartments of different sizes, all equipped with fireplace, independent heating system, equipped kitchen and safe.
From the garden, equipped with barbecue and swimming pool (7 x 15 m) you can enjoy the view of the lake, the surrounding fields and woods and in the distance of Florence, Prato and Pistoia.
