The farm, an impressive set of stone buildings dating back to '800 is located in the County of Modica (province of Ragusa) enclosed in the beautiful greenery of the Cave Gisana and Cella, beyond which you can see the sea, that is only 3 km as the crow flies.
The property is located in a geographically strategic position in relation to population centers of Modica, Ispica and Pozzallo from which is almost in equal measure, just over a dozen km. You reach comfortably and easily from three directions, as a consortium road entirely paved and in good condition departs from the provincial road Modica-Pozzallo and ends exactly in the business center.
