On the border of the Monte Rufeno park between Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany, in an old farmhouse, on a hillock with a unique panorama, residences are rented out for an unforgettable holiday.

Our completely and carefully restored old farmhouse has a splendid panoramic swimming pool and is located at an altitude of 400 m, among woods, clayey gullies and gentle hills near parks and historical and artistic centers of international renown.

It is included in the price:

  • Heating, electricity and water.
  • Wood for fireplace and stove.
  • Weekly cleaning and final cleaning.
  • Weekly linen change.
  • Bathroom linen, bed linen and kitchen set.
  • Heating in the autumn-winter period will be charged separately. Tiglio has a daily fixed cost of 25 euros.

The apartments are equipped with:

  • Free Wi-Fi internet service and satellite TV.
  • The kitchenettes are fully equipped .
