The property is part of the farm, traditionally dedicated to the cultivation of the countryside where it has lived for centuries, who have restructured it into an agritourism maintaining the typicality of the original farmhouses and the characteristic Tuscan crops.
On the top of the hill, in a dominant position, there is the farmhouse from which the five apartments have been created in which we are happy to welcome you, the lovely reception, the swimming pool from which you can enjoy a spectacular panorama from San Gimignano to the Apuan Alps and a large garden with areas equipped with tables and barbecues, mountain bikes. The apartments are equipped with terracotta floors and ceilings with beams and bricks, typical of Tuscan architecture.
We have three ground floor apartments with private loggia (Glicine, Edera, Girasole) and two first floor apartments with outdoor space on the ground floor available for all guests. All accommodations have independent heating/fan, satellite TV, wi fi.
A few kilometers away and easily reachable both by car and by train are all the major art cities of Tuscany and many charming smaller towns, which will enchant you with their beauty and variety of colors and flavours.

In case of cancellations made between 24 hours after the booking and 30 days before the arrival, a penalty of 30% on the total amount will be applied.
Cancellations from 29 dd on arrival to 15 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 60% of the total price.
Cancellations from 14 dd on arrival to 8 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 70% of the total price.
Cancellations from 7 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
In case of 'missed arrival' or 'Early Departure', cancellation policies starting from '0 days before arrival' will be applied
