The farmhouse is located within an organic farm of over 200 hectares. An uncontaminated and at the same time hospitable nature that reflects the typical architecture of the farmhouse: a beautiful stone farmhouse expertly restored perfectly in harmony with its surroundings and able to offer its guests a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The geographical position in which it is located makes it an ideal starting point for naturalistic excursions or visits to places and towns of historical and cultural interest such as Orvieto, Todi, Assisi, Civita di Bagnoregio, Bolsena, San Casciano dei Bagni and the whole lower Tuscany.

The farmhouse has 3 comfortable apartments, all equipped with a fireplace in the living room, private bathrooms, satellite TV, independent heating and independent entrance and every comfort and accessories of immediate use (detergents, iron, hairdryer, etc.). The apartments are delivered already equipped with basic necessities (coffee, sugar, infusions, tea, etc) and on request, it is possible to have cots for children free of charge.

Outside, in the green area of ​​the property, there is a splendid panoramic swimming pool (7 x 14 m) equipped with a hydromassage, as well as a barbecue area and one for the parking space. There is also an area, in a secluded area, dedicated to children, with a playground, a bowling alley, table tennis and table football. Mountain bikes are available free of charge for pleasant excursions in the open countryside and on the numerous possible routes and itineraries.

The well-kept garden and the panoramic hydromassage pool equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds are available to guests. Furthermore, the farmhouse has an agreement with a renowned spa centre. For horse riding lovers, the farmhouse has an agreement with a nearby equipped equestrian center ideal for those who love horse riding or for those who want to learn.
