Robert nous a réservé le meilleur accueil que nous ayons connu lors de notre séjour en Toscane : à l'écoute, précis et complet, agréable (vin d'accueil) et rassurant. La propriété est bien situé pour rayonner sur l'est de la Toscane de Montepulciano à Arezzo, et même jusqu'à Sienne. Le gîte est superbe, confortable, aménagé avec goût, art et ergonomie aux dernières tendances, la terrasse est très agréable à vivre, surtout le soir, avec une vue sur un paysage magnifique...

J'ai beau cherché, mais, hélas, je n'en ai trouvé aucun..

Die Wohnung war voll ausgestattet mit allem was benötigt wird (inkl.mülltüten,Öl,Salz oder auch Spüli,Besen etc. ), sodass man direkt starten konnte mit der Erholung und keinen Einkauf der Grundausstattung machen musste.

Leider war der Pool (noch?) nicht in Betrieb, auf den wir uns sehr gefreut hatten. Sofern der Pool genutzt werden kann ist die Anlage perfekt zum erholen in ruhiger Berglage mit herrlichem Blick in rustikaler Unterkunft.

peu de matériel de cuisine pour une famille. Super mini four mais pas de plat pour l'utiliser. Pas de climatiseur ( dans une région très chaude 38/40°) Salle de bain plus que petite. Quant aux propriétaires, ils ne parlent que l'italien contrairement à ce qui était annoncé ( français et anglais). Trop d'arbres fruitiers --) envahis par les moustiques et cie

Apportez un percolateur (ou similaire) si vous souhaitez du café autre qu'un café italien c-à-d un dé à coudre.

Nice view on the the valley. nice pool. close to numerous typical tuscany villages. very friendly owner's dog and cat. Olive oil produced by the owners is delicious.

Change il Cole first floor double bed. This one is very uncomfortable. ground floor beds and living convertible bed are ok.

Insert longitude latitude exact position of the house as the postal address is not known by car gps. Owners should learn English basics. it is much easier to communicate with foreign tourists.

There is a fantastic view of the toscan valley from the large private terrace of the appartment. The pool is also very large.

The equipment of the appartment is at the minimum: no microwave, no toaster or coffre maker, no oven. The sofa in the living room is not comfortable and the box spring of the bed is noisy. The appartment is not very large and the shower is tiny.

We spent great holidays ! The place is lovely, from our terrace we had an amazing view on the valley. The kids loved the swimming pool ( and the cat of the house...). Everything was super clean ! Well situated to visit the region, which is wonderful !

The kitchen's furnitures are a bit poor ( we miss an oven...) But the worst : lot's of mosquitos and no net at the windows and doors, so despite the heat we couldn't leave the windows open at night!

At Guazzino, don't miss "Il Fornacino" were we eat our best Tuscany meal !

Gite propre , bien équipé. Une belle vue panoramique sur la vallée vraiment très agréable. accès à la piscine et au vélo d'appartement mais sur la terrasse : mon ado a adoré. Beaucoup de villages perchés à visiter. Accès assez rapide ( moins d'une heure) à Florence et Sienne, facilité par l'autoroute.

Les coordonnées pour acceder au gîte ne sont pas claires. Il faut aller jusqu'à la gare de Sinalunga en venant de l'autoroute (ne pas prendre la rue qui monte), puis continuer tout droit en longeant la voie ferrée puis la nationale donc sortir de Sinalunga . Ensuite tourner à gauche juste avant l'antiquaire (Santa Cristina) et c'est tout droit en montant .

“Located high on the hillside, this Villa was very comfortable. We arrived and had a little trouble finding it at night. One phone call and I was told to wait on the main road with my lights blinking. Five minutes later a lovely young woman arrive”

This was a pleasant place to stay. It was part of a working farm with a garden area, vinyards and fruit trees. We enjoyed some fresh figs of of the trees. The beds were comfortable and the use of a front loading washer was appreciated. The view from the window and the porch with the table was beautiful. Great sunrises and views of Cortona far across the valley.

The renovation of the apartment was done in a somewhat modern copenhagen look. It was very pleasing, but if you wanted to feel like you were in a Tuscany home, you needed to go outside and enjoy the surroundings. Still, we would use it again.

The address given and directions are confusing. The only place in Italy that my GPS could not find. You need to find the roadsign Santa Cristina, which is a little off the road and turn up the hill there. There are no signs for the agriturismo until you arrive at the property. You drive past many villas and finally come to the sign on the left. You are there. The city of Cortona, plus Rick Steve's "Tuscany Drive" through Asciano, San Giovanni d'Asso, Pienza and finally Monteppulciano, and of course Siena are all close to the villa. Also Castiglione del Lago is a cute visit. Near the center of town in Sinalunga, near the underpass (one of the two main roads goes underground briefly to make a small plaza on top) there is a Turkish store with ethnic foods and a small portion dedicated to making Turkish buritos. Fantastic, huge, deliscious and only 3.5 euros. A good supermarket is about a mile or so south on the main road towards Sinalunga call SMA. It is on the west side of the road. Don't forget to try Italian yogurt, bought in the supermarket. Better than ANYTHING in the USA. We toured 30 cities in 28 days and the best tasting, biggest helpings and cheapest cost gelato is in Cortona at Snoopies (from Peanuts cartoon). Try the white pestachio with the green drizzle and nuts AND the chocolate fondant (it is black). Out of this world.

Een leuke, landelijke accommodatie tussen de olijfbomen en wijnvelden. Er is een leuk goed formaat zwembad met voldoende zitmogelijkheden in de zon en schaduw. 's avonds is het leuk verlicht.

Er waren veel insecten als wespen, horzels en dazen rondom het zwembad en het terras. De ramen en deuren van de appartementen beschikken helaas niet over horren om de insecten buiten te houden.

Vraag de beheerder/eigenaar naar het restaurant Il Grotto in het naastliggende dorpje. Onmogelijk om zelf te vinden, maar een smal paadje in een hoge stenen muur leidt uiteindelijk naar een fantastisch terras volledig in de schaduw door allerlei soorten groen. Verrassend lekker en eerlijk Toscaans eten.

ES UN SITO PERFECTO, LO PASAMOS GENIAL, LA PISCINA DIO MUCHO JUEGO, LA SITUACION ES PERFECTA PARA PODER MOVERTE A LOS VARIOS PUNTOS CULTURALES A VISITAR. NOSOTROS FUIMOS UN GRUPO DE 12 PERSONAS, ALQUILAMOS TODAS LAS CASAS Y ESO FUE UN PUNTO MAS A FAVOR.

byliśmy w dwie rodziny z małymi i dużymi dziećmi, zajmowaliśmy 1 komfortowe mieszkanie z 2 łazienkami na parterze,posiłki spożywaliśmy na uroczym tarasie, można było korzystać z grilla, ale najfajniej było na basenie ogrodzonym żywopłotem z liści laurowych, zza którego roztaczał się przepiękny widok na toskańskie pagórki z oliwkami. Fajna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania, w pobliżu Montalcino itp.Ogólnie byliśmy zachwyceni ,szukaliśmy spokojnego miejsca, a w związku z tym, że byliśmy w drugiej połowie czerwca byliśmy tam sami (nie było innych gości)i czuliśmy się w związku z tym bardzo swobodnie, jak u siebie.

z naszego punktu widzenia nie było

mogę doradzić żeby zorganizować sie tak jak my czyli zwiedzanie po śniadanku, a popołudniu sielanka na basenie, bądz odwrotnie.

“Ottima locazione per girare luoghi bellissimi come Siena, Montepulciano, montalcino e anche Firenze stando lontano dalle città caotiche.Bellissima anche il giardino con la piscina (tutta nostra la prima settimana!)Essendo un agriturismo di dimensione”

Nico è un ottimo cuoco e vi serve meglio che al ristorante con la meraviglia di sentirsi "a casa" e di avere tutto il tempo di chiaccherare e bere un bicchiere di vino in sua compania e quella di Serena
