Ancient country villa dating back to the 1700s, in stone and bricks surrounded by greenery and the countryside of the Sienese hills.

We are in the municipality of Sarteano, 3 km far from the village, a typical medieval Tuscan village with its very small shops.

A crossroad and meeting place in the heart of Tuscany for all those who delight in nature, literature, the arts, and history in a setting of perfect harmony.

The farmhouse is located about 4 minutes from Chianciano Terme and 15 minutes from Montepulciano home to the famous noble wine. In a short time you reach places like Pienza, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo, Siena, Montalcino, we are in the magic Val d'Orcia.

We are also 10 minutes from the motorway exit, from which it is easy to reach Rome and Florence.

The structure is immersed in the Natural Park Oasis of the Pietraporciana Park, Tuscany Region Park, with rare specimens of secular beech trees.

There are so many animals we can see, from hares, wild boars to goats and deer, pigskins, rates and other small animals.

The farmhouse has been restored leaving its structure intact, we find the ancient Tuscan hand-made Cotto pavements, and the charming curved walls, the beamed ceiling and the mezzanine ceiling.

The house is divided into two large indipendent and independent apartments but, if necessary, for larger groups are communicating.

For guests on request, home-cooked dinners are organized to get to know the gastronomic traditions of Tuscany, and also to take part in cooking classes. Very appreciated by guests are also the evenings dedicated to tasting of cold meats and cheese from the Sienese territory, accompanied by the best wines such as Chianti, Montepulciano and Brunello etc.

Not far from the farmhouse we have the Terme di Chianciano with the various swimming pools and the Parco delle Piscine di Sarteano.

Outside we have a large green space of about 2000 sq m for guests, with gazebo and marble table and wrought iron.

The surrounding farmland is cultivated with officinal herbs (about 15,000 lavender plants) and pastures.

The company also produces Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Wine.
