  Grande cuisine, belles chambres; bel espace dehors, avec grande table; piscine TB; terrain de foot ok; four à pizzas opérationnel, à l'ancienne, chouette; gd ventilateur dans la chambre du haut: ça aide! Bien pour le service draps, essuies... etc.

  A part le frigo un peu vieillot...et le fait de devoir s'adapter à l'eau du puits pas tout à fait potable,... en achetant des bouteilles d'eau pour la consommation, mais pas pour la cuisine ni pour le reste. (Il ne faut rien changer.)

  N'hésitez pas à visiter les petits villages perchés des alentours, par exemple, Certaldo. Sillonnez les paysages magnifiques et visitez toutes les belles villes, jamais vraiment éloignées ( San Gimignano, Sienne, Lucca...).

  Calme de la résidence et des alentours proches. Bon niveau de confort global. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire. Fraîcheur des soirées (ce qui est agréable en cas de fortes chaleurs, ce qui était notre cas). Piscine très agréable. A égale distance de Florence, Pise et Sienne (environ 1h en voiture, donc plutôt pratique.

  Chemin d'accès pas très agréable. Confort des lits moyen

  Pour se rendre à Florence, ne pas hésiter à prendre le train depuis Castelfiorentino, à environ 10kms de la résidence. Quelques bons restaurants dans le village de Montaione (par ex Carpe Diem, bonne cuisine et vue sympa)

  slaba predstavitev na internetu. Hiša leži v kotanji (slaba cesta) brez razgleda, ki je tako tipičen za Toscano. Problemi z elektriko. majhen bazen (na sliki na internetu je bil videti večji). Slaba razporeditev sob za družine z majhnimi otroki.

  Relaxing setting well placed for exploring Tuscany by car. A comfortable and spacious old Tuscan farmhouse - well maintained gardens with tables/chairs/loungers, toys, swings, BBQ, wood fired pizza oven and playing field at our disposal. Owner on site, unobtrusive during stay but immediately available when needed.Big farmhouse kitchen and lovely outdoor eating area.

  Long steep hill to drive down from village-a car is essential. Dogs on site.

  We went in October and enjoyed for beautiful colours and fresh walnuts fallen from the trees - it was chilly in the mornings so a warm jumper/fleece was essential but it warmed up later.

  Very nice house! Small pool for swimming and ample garden space for lounging around. Large kitchen and living room ideal for entertaining a group.

  This is only a negative if you have not rented a car, or do not like walking. The Villa is located at the end of an unsurfaced road which is about 1.5k long. It's quite asteep hill, and at the end of the hill is the town of Montaione.

  There is a litle shop at the top of the road down to the farmhouse. They sell the best breads, cheeses and wines. The owners were friendly and even gave us a lift back down to the house!!!

  Ligger centralt for mange attraktioner. Rigtigt godt sted for lange gåture.

  Skulle betale for vask selvom der stod på nettet at der var vaskemaskine (der stod intet om betaling). Ejeren var mildest talt en meget bestemt dame. Vi delte grill med ejeren.
