The farmhouse is located in the beautiful hills near Florence.

Due to its location in the heart of Tuscany, our guests have easy access to the beautiful cities such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca, and Pistoia.

This magnificent and luxurious property that has been restored to its old splendor, with careful attention to every detail.

With his typical rural buildings, garden and its cultivation of olive trees and vineyard it represent a farmhouse which was typical for Tuscany and still produces an excellent extra virgin olive oil and a tasteful wine.

The property is composed by two ancient buildings. The first one is the main villa, which offers the seven double bedrooms. In the villa there are also common spaces like the big kitchen, the dining room, the three lounges, the bar, the billiard hall and the library. The large garden outside offers parking places, a beautiful swimming pool with deckchairs, shower and umbrellas, and two panoramic gazebos.

The second building offers instead only the four new apartments and their own, external services. It is 100 mts far from the main villa and it was built in XV century. It is composed by two parts. In the first one there are three of the four apartments, while the fourth one is in the little building in front of it, which has the shape of a tower.

The three apartments in the same structure can be rented in couple or all together because they are divided only by doors.

Each apartment is characterized by its own name and by its own colour and offers a different number of rooms and bathrooms.

The building also offers its guests a large parking lot, a beautiful garden, (each apartment has its own part), a jacuzzi tub for seven persons, a swimming pool with deckchairs, (the pools are available only may since October), and a cute little gm with brand new Technogym machines, Bose Hi-Fi stereo, bar corner, and towels.
